For those of you old enough to remember Clarence Thomas Hearings, I have a feeling that it's going to be worse this time. I bet the Republicans wished they would have used the "nuclear" option on Filibusters just two months ago. It's going to come back and bite them good, I'm afraid.

I hate to say this, but you were right about the Democrat's motive in the filibuster earlier this spring. It's going to be a hot summer in the judicial committee.
