I just wonder what the penalty would be and exactly how it would be enforced. Armed guards at the bedsides of the kids making sure they know that it's 15-20 in the pen if they so much as crack that book they bought open.

Ouch! I wonder if the person who works at the bookstore still has a job??? I bet they will have to cross the border and start over like everyone else does these days in the U.S. :)
P.S. What's your problem with Canadiens??? I think you have some issues (besides driving a stick) you need to work on ;)
